For acquisitions

Research targets, owners and history in one place

For buyers, investors pursuing purchases, and their advisers: find facilities that match your criteria, see who owns and operates them, review the historical data that exists, and track your own deal work privately.

What you see first

Shown first in your workspace

  • Ownership and operator entries as filed, with dates
  • Available historical cost-report financials, each with its reporting period
  • Chain and group context, including group size
  • Inspection, staffing and penalty history from CMS
  • Diligence gaps: what is unknown and why

Hidden by default

  • Vendor sales tools and customer-fit labels
  • Purchasing and clinical job functions

You can enable more than one workspace and switch at any time on one login. Switching never changes access, plan or usage.

A typical session

  1. Set your criteria

States, bed range, ownership type, independent or group-owned, and whether to keep records with unknown values in view.

  2. Open a target

The acquisition view puts ownership, filed owners and officers, change-of-ownership flags and cost-report periods first.

  3. Check the evidence

Each fact has a source panel. A person listed on an ownership filing is shown as filed, which is not evidence of current authority to sell.

  4. Save a deal task

Record the next step and a private note for your team. It never becomes a public seller-intent label.

What Senior Care Intel will not pretend to know

These stay marked Unavailable unless a suitable source exists.

  • Whether an owner is willing to sell
  • Current occupancy and collected rents
  • Private operating financials, unless your organization uploads them privately
  • A valuation or price estimate presented as fact
