Privacy policy draft
How Senior Care Intel handles information, written from how it actually works today.
Last updated: October 29, 2026 (draft)
Who we are
Senior Care Intel is operated by [Company legal name — to be confirmed], [Registered address — to be confirmed]. Contact for privacy questions: [Support and privacy email — to be confirmed].
What Senior Care Intel collects
- Account details. Your name, work email, company, plan and account status. Passwords are stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash.
- Sessions. When you sign in we store a hash of the session token, when it was created and when it expires (90 days, or when you sign out). Suspending or deleting an account ends its sessions.
- Your private work. Calls you log, notes, follow-ups, deals, saved lists and searches, watched homes, call queues, templates and your settings, stored in your own workspace.
- Failed sign-in records. The network address and time of failed sign-ins, used to pause sign-ins after repeated failures. They are cleared when a sign-in from that address succeeds.
- On your device. Your theme choice and cached copies of screens and data, so the app starts quickly. Signing out, or a different person signing in on the same device, clears the cached data. See Cookie preferences.
The contact form does not send or store anything yet. Senior Care Intel uses no analytics, advertising, session replay or third-party trackers. The map view loads satellite map images from a public map image service, which receives your network address when those images load.
Facility and business-contact data
Facility facts come from public U.S. government files published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS): provider information, ownership filings, inspections and cost reports, plus the public NPI Registry. Business contacts for owners and operator groups are researched from public sources, and each one keeps its source. Ownership filings can include names of owners, officers, directors and managing employees, shown as filed with their dates. We use this information to help customers research senior-care organizations and identify relevant business contacts. We do not collect resident or patient information.
Anyone whose business details appear can ask for a correction or for their contact details to be suppressed through the Contact page. The correction and suppression workflow is built before launch.
How information is used
- To sign you in and keep your session secure
- To show you your own saved work and preferences
- To limit abuse of the sign-in form
Private work is never shared with other customers, publicly indexed, or used to train models.
Service providers
Senior Care Intel runs on a cloud hosting and database provider that processes data on our behalf. The full list of providers will be published here before launch: [List of service providers — to be confirmed].
Retention
Sessions: up to 90 days. Your private work: kept while your account exists; deleting an account deletes its workspace. Retention for paid accounts, including after cancellation, will be set and published before launch: [Paid-account retention periods — to be confirmed].
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete information about you. You can export your lists from the app as Excel or CSV. Other requests go through the Contact page. Rights that apply depend on where you live: [Governing law and jurisdictions served — to be confirmed].
Marketing
Senior Care Intel sends no marketing email. If that changes, you will be able to opt out at any time.
Changes
We will update this page when the service changes and show the date above.
