Agreement

Early access
Senior Care Intel is in early access. Accounts are opened on approved request, and features may change or be removed. Nothing is for sale yet, and no paid subscription or trial can be started.
Data and accuracy
Facility information comes from public sources, shown with its source and reporting period. Sources can be out of date or incomplete, and we do not guarantee that any record is accurate or current. Check important facts before relying on them. A person named in a public filing is not evidence of their current role or authority.
Acceptable use
- Do not enter resident or patient information.
- Do not try to access another customer’s data or bypass permissions.
- Do not scrape, resell or republish the service’s data in bulk.
- Do not run load tests or automated scanners without written permission.
- Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including rules on business communications.
Your content
Notes and saved work you create belong to you or your organization. We process them only to provide the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are not offered yet. When they are, prices, renewal terms, included usage and cancellation will be shown before purchase, and overages will never be charged without your opt-in.
Availability
Senior Care Intel is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted service. Live service checks are on the System status page.
