From a facility to the right next step
Senior Care Intel brings senior-care research into one workspace: find a facility, understand who operates and owns it, see which person is worth contacting for your goal, and save what you will do next. Every fact shows its source and date.
How the work flows
The same four steps for every user. What changes is which facts and contacts come first.
Find facilities that fit
Search by name, city, owner or chain, then filter by state, beds, rating, ownership type and group size. Every home carries a seller score with the reasons behind it, and lists export to Excel or CSV.
Understand the operator and owners
Profiles show the operator, chain and ownership entries as filed with CMS, with the date on each, plus cost-report financials for each reporting period on file.
Identify the relevant person
Contacts on file show their source and verification status today. Next: tell Senior Care Intel what you offer or want to achieve, from visiting physicians, specialists, dentistry, therapy, labs, imaging and pharmacy to staffing, supplies, transportation, food services, maintenance, software and consulting. It suggests where to start and explains why, and keeps a confirmed decision-maker clearly apart from a suggested starting contact. Identity, role, contact channel and authority each have their own status. When no named person is supported, it says so and shows the correctly labelled facility switchboard.
Save the next step
Log a call, set a follow-up date, keep a private note and move the home through your deal stages. Your work is private to your account and never visible to other customers.
Value it and model the financing
On a saved opportunity, upload the seller’s P&L, rent roll or census (CSV or Excel) and see a trailing-12 view with revenue by payer, EBITDAR, EBITDA and occupancy. Value the home by cap rate, price per bed and EBITDA multiple, model a loan with DSCR, debt yield and cash-on-cash, and print a deal report. Every figure shows its source; every default is labelled an assumption, never a lender’s quote.
One login, several workspaces
A workspace changes the layout and what comes first. It never changes your organization’s access, plan or usage. Switch workspaces from My workspace in the app. Each one changes what comes first on your dashboard and which contacts are suggested.
Services and business development
The largest homes in your territory, the roles worth investigating for each service you sell, and matching contacts on file. A sales pipeline with editable stages is still planned.
Acquisitions
Ownership, available historical financials, diligence gaps and deal stages. Vendor sales tools are hidden by default.
Market research
Comparisons and saved portfolios built on available data, with no empty dashboards promising benchmarks that do not exist.
Operations
Peers in your territory on staffing and quality ratings and occupancy, with in-app alerts. A side-by-side layout for your own homes is still planned.
Broker, lender and investor research
Portfolio and owner views for people studying groups rather than buying a single home.
Your business profile
A short, skippable setup asks what you sell or want to acquire (several services and your own categories), your territory, facility types and goals. Your dashboard, suggested contacts, saved searches and alerts follow the answers.
Sources and dates you can check
Data quality is shown record by record, not claimed as a badge.
The source panel
- Source, reporting period and the date it was retrieved, kept separate
- Status per fact: Source verified, Independently corroborated, Needs review, Stale or Unavailable
- Gaps and conflicts shown, never filled with a convenient value
Never shown as fact
- Current occupancy, collected rents or private operating financials
- Whether an owner is willing to sell
- Incumbent vendors, contract terms or lab test volumes
- Guessed email patterns presented as verified
